SERV Ministries International was founded in 2000 by Steve L. Kasha, one year after traveling to a remote area of Venezuela on a mission trip. It was there that Steve felt God place the burden on his heart to seek out and serve the widows, orphans and the "least of these".
Today SERV is a growing ministry, working domestically and internationally, that remains committed to the original vision of "serving God by serving others".
SERV Ministries identifies orphans that are living on the streets and in villages. The children are rescued and brought to the House of Hope where they are taken in as part of a family. They are able to live a new life in a total care home where they grow up in a loving Christian environment and receive clean water, nutritious food, clothing, healthcare, an education and spiritual development.
