Inward Solutions and Georgia Tech Win Phoenix Award

November 2, 2009 - Inward Solutions keep racking up the awards and this past Thursday it was announced that a Phoenix award for the 2008 Annual Report with Georgia Tech Research Institute would be joing the ever growing list.

The Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA|GA) is the second largest chapter of public relations professionals in the United States with approximately 850 members. It is an organization dedicated to developing and enriching the professional lives of Georgia's public relations practitioners.

PRSA|GA believes that public relations is a management function which addresses the most critical issues of the day with a variety of internal and external publics. It promotes the highest standards of professional competence and ethics, fostering lifelong education and development, and building of understanding and support for public relations among its constituents.

PRSA|GA is one of the most active chapters in the country. Typically, more than 150 of Georgia's PR professionals attend the organization's monthly meetings to hear some of the nation's most dynamic corporate executives speak on cutting-edge communications techniques and strategies. The monthly meetings also provide great opportunities for members to network and build valued peer relationships.

In addition to the meetings, PRSA|GA offers monthly professional development workshops and seminars to help communicators of all levels keep up with industry trends and grow their depth of knowledge. PRSA|GA also recognizes its members for their outstanding achievements and contributions with awards programs like the annual Phoenix Awards, Chapter Awards and The Order of the Phoenix.
